KooKoo US Return Process
1 - Request a return
Submit your return request through our return page.
2 - Return approval
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
3 - Ship the product back
Print and complete the RMA form, include it inside the package, and ship the product back using your preferred shipping carrier.
4 - Refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your order will be refunded or replaced, depending on your choice and return eligibility.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or faulty items.
KooKoo US warehouse is located in North Las Vegas, NV 89081.
Check this, before return:
1. Use new 1.5 V batteries: a voltage of <1.2 V may be the cause of defects
2. Exchange the three batteries with each other, that can help
3. Check the contact in the battery compartment and the +/- position
Any missing parts? We will send any missing part by post
How soon will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected in our US warehouse.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number SFYKOO... and email address.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Please pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping carrier.
Please note: Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and use original package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or faulty items.
