Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

KooKoo US Return Process

1- Request for Return
2- Return Approval
3- Ship back: print, fill the Return Label (RMA form) and ship back
4- Refund: orders will be replaced or refunded: it is your choice. 

KooKoo US warehouse is located in North Las Vegas, NV 89081.
Clocks must be packed in original carton. Refund through Shopify account, after warehouse receipt.

Check this, before return:
1. Use new 1.5 V batteries: a voltage of <1.2 V may be the cause of defects
2. Exchange the three batteries with each other, that can help
3. Check the contact in the battery compartment and the +/- position

Any missing parts?  We will send any missing part by post
 
How soon will I get my refund?  Once your return is received and inspected in our US warehouse.
How do I return?
1 - enter order number (SFYKOO...) and email address 
2 - select the items you want to return
3 - once return request is approved, a (RMA) return label will be eMailed
4 - ship back the product using this label.
 
Please:  return within 30 days of invoice date and use original package
