To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

KooKoo US Return Process

1- Request for Return
2- Return Approval
3- Ship back: print, fill the Return Label (RMA form) and ship back
4- Refund: orders will be replaced or refunded: it is your choice. 

KooKoo US warehouse is located in  Riverside, CA 92518.
Clocks must be packed in original carton. Refund thru Shopify account, after warehouse receipt.

Check this, before return:
1. Use new 1.5 V batteries: a voltage of <1.2 V may be the cause of defects
2. Exchange the three batteries with each other, that can help
3. Check the contact in the battery compartment and the +/- position

Any missing parts?  We will send any missing part by post
 
How soon will I get my refund?  Once your return is received and inspected in our US warehouse.
How do I return? 1- enter order number, email address  here above and click Start 2- select the items you want to return 3- once return request is approved, a (RMA) return label will be eMailed 4-ship back the product using this label.
 
Please:  return within 30 days of invoice date and  use original package
